The Group User licence enables inbound only call recording for calls delivered to an agent via a Queue or Hunt Group. Each licence enables one group member and is not linked to a particular user. The group licence is a more cost effective solution where recording for outbound calls are not required.
All call recording solutions require storage, which starts from just £32.95 per month for 1,000 rolling minutes, shared across all licences. Set your own criteria for deleting old recordings and upgrade any time if more storage is required.
Our online web portal is fully PCI compliant and allows you to view, annotate, manage and download your recordings. Two basic administrative users are included with your storage licence, with the option to add users.
